First time I have read (well tbf listened) to your Substack. It is so good. I am always thinking about how my body moves as I am a class teacher and find myself marking books in unusual positions. This really makes me think about my own posture and how it impacts on my wellbeing, thank you
Thank you so much Jon. I hope you enjoy the whole thing. I think teachers can find themselves in a particular conundrum especially if their students are young. There can be a temptation to get to the same level as a child to explain one matter while keeping the entire class in mind. When that gets out of balance, YOU might get out of balance! Hopefully these reminders are helpful!

Really helpful. Just being more aware of what I am doing and thinking about how my body is moving is so valuable.
